The vacuum tube collector operates with exceptionally high performance heat pipes. This collector is not only perfectly suited for your domestic hot water, but also supports your space heating. Even on cloudy days, diffuse light or in the winter this solar system generates heat. Easy assembly due to the small size and the structure of individual parts. With two people a complete assembly and mounting on the roof is possible in hours. Installation is possible on pitched roofs and flat roofs with no problems. Due to the dry connection of the collector tubes, installation and removal of individual tubes is possible without draining the solar panels system. High-quality, corrosion-resistant materials guarantee high reliability and long service life.

The vacuum tubes absorb solar energy and aluminum wings transfer the heat energy to the heat pipe. The liquid in the heat pipe boils and the steam travels up to the top of the heat pipe. The top bulb of the heat pipe (the condenser bulb) is in contact with cool water, which causes the steam to condense flows down the heat pipe. This cycle repeats so long as sunlight keeps heating the pipe and the top of the pipe is cool enough to condense the steam. Solar Pool Heating: These solar water heater panels can be combined with a solar powered water pump to make a simple pool heater that will work off-grid, with no need for an electrical connection at all. If freezing or very dirty water is a problem in your area, a heat exchanger can be used. Glycol and hard water are no problem for the solar collector, as the ends of the heat pipes are chromed to avoid any corrosion.
